- FBK (Fulfilled by Kilimall) – These are products in the Kilimall Warehouse and therefore take shorter time to be delivered (0-3 Days)
- DS (Drop Shipping) – These are products still in the seller’s possession,and kilimall have to pick them and then deliver. This may take 2-5 Days
- Global Shipping (Shipped from Overseas) – To provides more variety. These are products by sellers who aren’t in Uganda. So, when the order is placed, the Global Sellers will send them to Kilimall, and then deliver to you. This may take 14-25 Days.
- Colour.
- Size.
- Variation.
- Brand.
- Product Description, notices, and pictures.
- Customer reviews.
Once you have confirmed what you want to buy, you can go to the next step.

3. Select Shipping Option, which can either be:
- Pick up – We have pick up locations in certain towns where you can pick your order
- Doorstep Delivery – We will deliver directly to your home, work, or school.
1. You will be taken to a payment selection page which has two options:
Airtel Money
MTN Money
2. Select One and Click Pay
3. Follow the Payment instructions to complete your payment.
4. Confirm Payment.
